French Journalist Infiltrates Anti Israel Groups, Reveals Antisemitism on Far Left

French journalist Nora Bussigny conducted a year‑long undercover investigation within anti‑Israel and far‑left activist circles in France. Her findings are published in a new book titled Les Nouveaux Antisémites (“The New Antisemites”), which documents instances of antisemitic language and attitudes she observed while participating in demonstrations, meetings, online discussions and university environments.

Bussigny went undercover using a false identity, engaging with a range of groups and individuals to record how opposition to Israel intersected with broader political activism. She interviewed more than 100 people across different settings and compiled her observations and research into her book, which has drawn attention and controversy in France.

The book describes Bussigny’s experiences and claims that antisemitic viewpoints were present in some circles she infiltrated. She has discussed her work in media interviews and public appearances following publication.
