Ehud Barak documented association with Jeffrey Epstein

On July 2019, renewed media reporting documented repeated visits by former Israeli Prime Minister and Defense Minister Ehud Barak to Jeffrey Epstein’s Manhattan residence. Photographs published by multiple outlets showed Barak entering Epstein’s property on several occasions, including visits that occurred after Epstein’s 2008 criminal conviction.

Financial records and public statements confirmed that Epstein invested in ventures linked to Barak, including Carbyne, an emergency response and surveillance technology company with security and defense applications. Barak acknowledged both the social relationship and the financial connection, stating that the interactions were related to business and occurred without knowledge of Epstein’s alleged criminal activities involving minors. Barak was not charged with any offense, and his inclusion in public reporting reflects documented social and financial associations.
