Israeli Airstrikes Across Gaza Reported to Kill Dozens
Multiple Israeli airstrikes were reported across the Gaza Strip on Saturday, resulting in the deaths of at least 30 Palestinians, including children and women, according to statements from the Gaza Health Ministry and medical officials. The strikes hit several locations, including a residential apartment building in Gaza City and a tent camp in Khan Younis that was sheltering displaced persons. Local hospital sources reported that two women and six children were among the victims in those areas.
An Israeli airstrike on the Sheikh Radwan police station in Gaza City was reported to have killed at least 14 individuals, including police officers. Hospitals also received bodies from additional strike locations, and emergency services worked to treat the wounded.
The violence followed allegations by Israeli authorities that militants breached the ceasefire agreement prior to the attacks.
